With our regional Authorized Training Center (named ATC NWA), Fujitsu Siemens Computers offers to customers, partners and employees in the North & West Africa region a comprehensive course program covering the products and solutions offering of the company.

We offer :

Sales courses : targeted at sales staff, telesales staff, and marketing staff.

Presales courses : targeted at presales staff and technical consultants.

Postsales courses : targeted at system engineers, professional services and field support staff with an installation and implementation function.

Service & maintenance courses : targeted at service personnel and technical  field support staff providing parts replacement (break-fix) and hardware maintenance.

The courses are offered in French and English language.
Depending on topic and related hardware, the course locations are Tunis, Morocco and Algeria.
